A few useful details.

Who is RateLedger for?

Property teams and rating advisers who need to organise commercial property records, inventory and evidence-led casework. The initial workspace is focused on England.

How do Properties, Units and Cases fit together?

A Property is the physical building. Units describe the spaces within it. Cases bring together the relevant work, evidence and reports; rating assessments remain distinct records.

What do the Unit statuses mean?

Occupied describes recorded inventory presence, Tenanted describes company occupation, and Vacant describes a recorded empty Unit. Relief information is separate. These operational labels are not a legal determination of rateable occupation or entitlement.
